By making a planned gift, you can ensure WGCU’s mission to educate, engage, inspire, enlighten and entertain us, today and tomorrow:

• Include WGCU in your estate plans by adding a simple sentence in your Will or Trust. The following language will direct the gift to us: WGCU Public Media, a member-supported service of the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation, Inc.

An example would be:

I give (percent of my estate) or (residue of my estate) or (specific dollar amount) to WGCU Public Media, a member-supported service of the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation, Inc., for its public media programming purposes. WGCU’s tax identification number via the FGCU Foundation is 65-0403969.

• Make a generous current gift of cash, stock, bonds, mutual funds, or real estate to WGCU to help sustain its media programming and development.
• Begin a Charitable Gift Annuity Contractwith WGCU to give you income for life and leave a remaining gift to ensure public media’s programming for future generations. The gift will benefit WGCU however the payments to you are processed by FGCU’s Foundation.
